Original 8 Muay Thai & Fitness teaches the "Art of 8 Limbs" to people of all ages and experience levels. Classes blend heavy bag work, pad work, jump rope and floor exercises to build strength, cardiovascular endurance and self-defense skills. Whether you are a beginner picking it up for the first time or someone with training experience, the instructors work with you on technique through Muay Thai, boxing and strength and conditioning.

The gym was built around owner Tode Dmitrovic's lifelong passion for martial arts. He started training at 16 and has seen how the sport builds confidence, mental toughness and real friendships. That spirit shapes what he offers here.

Kids classes focus on teaching basic self-defense while building respect, discipline, self-belief and teamwork. Adult classes are built for everyday fitness enthusiasts who want a high-energy workout in a group setting. You can try your first class for free to see if it clicks for you. The studio is small enough that instructors know your name and your goals, and people often end up training alongside the same people week after week.
