Got something happening in Elmhurst? We’d love to help spread the word!

Submit your event below and (as long as it’s local and a good fit for our community) we’ll add it to the Hey Elmhurst! events calendar and include it in our weekly newsletter.

A few things to know before you submit:

For the best chance of inclusion, submit at least two weeks before your event date
Events must take place in Elmhurst or be directly relevant to the Elmhurst community
Submitting an event does not guarantee it will be featured! I’ll review and follow up if I have questions

Last day Same event on consecutive days, e.g. Saturday and Sunday. Separate dates weeks apart are separate submissions.

Description The event name and description go on the calendar exactly as you write them here, so write them for the public. If there is something you want to tell us, use the notes box at the bottom of this form.

Event photo Optional. JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 8 MB. It shows with the event on the calendar, so please only send a photo you have the right to use.

Price

Venue / location Start typing. If the venue is one of our listed places, pick it from the list.

Event link Optional. A page with more info, tickets, or booking.

The link is for Shown as a “More info” or “Get tickets” button on the event.

When Can It Go on the Calendar? Tickets not on sale yet, or not ready to announce? We’ll keep it off the calendar until the date you pick.
