The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) is a national trade association headquartered in Elmhurst representing the dairy ingredients industry. Established under its current name in 1986, ADPI builds on nearly 100 years of collaborative work dating back to 1923. They connect manufacturers, marketers, distributors, traders, and global customers across the dairy industry, working to build global demand for dairy ingredients through research, education, and the development of innovative applications. Membership is open to all organizations involved in the dairy industry.
