Beer is available to drink in or take home.

Origin Story

Phase Three Brewing Company planted its flag on Elmhurst’s Spring Road with a clear philosophy: never be a one-trick brewery.

From the start, the founders committed to developing expertise across the full range of beer styles, from crisp traditional lagers to experimental fruited sours to rich barrel-aged offerings. That range isn’t just a selling point, it’s central to who they are.

The Spring Road location puts Phase Three at the heart of what’s become a vibrant beer and dining corridor in the western suburbs, and the brewery has both shaped and benefited from that growth.

The taproom and kitchen serve as a neighborhood anchor, the kind of place locals stop into on a Tuesday night just as easily as out-of-towners make a weekend trip for a new can release.
