Dipsy Desserts is opening a storefront on Spring Road this summer! 🥳
They’ve been operating since 2017 with their mobile carts and then with their Lake Street test kitchen, but now they’re getting a permanent location!
And Dipsy is super special because everything is made in-house right here in Elmhurst using dairy sourced from Sandwich, Illinois.
This is truly local, fresh, homemade ice cream getting the brick-and-mortar space it deserves!

Hey Elmhurst! Who wants fresh, homemade ice cream right here in town? Oh, and if you're new here, my name's Amara and I do video marketing for small businesses, and I keep up on all things Elmhurst so you don't have to.
So this is some super exciting news! Dipsy Desserts is opening a brick-and-mortar location right here on Spring Road. Now Dipsy has existed since 2017, but they've only had their test kitchen on Lake Street where you can do classes, you can have parties, and they also have their carts that you can have at your events like weddings, corporate events, things like that.
They actually source all of their dairy from Sandwich, Illinois and literally make their ice cream in-house here in Elmhurst. How cool is that? So they're supposed to open this brick-and-mortar location sometime in the summer, so stay tuned and I'll have updates for you.
