1️⃣ Naansense (next to Candycopia, 116 N. York) – Indian street food, bowls, wraps. Opening spring 2026.
2️⃣ Rumors of a new Mexican restaurant ( in the Victory’s old spot, 116 N. York) – I’ll update when I know more!
3️⃣ Jayne Clothing boutique (next to Victory’s new spot, 126 N. York) – Sneak peek coming soon!
4️⃣ Bibim House (on Schiller next to Chipotle, 113 Schiller) – Korean-Japanese fusion with bibimbap, poke, teriyaki.
5️⃣ Spark Scent Collective (128 N. Addison) – DIY candle bar with speakeasy vibes, drinks, charcuterie. Your new favorite hangout spot!

Hey Elmhurst! If you've been asking me what's coming into the empty storefronts here in downtown, I have some answers for you. If you're new here, my name's Amara, I do video marketing for small businesses, and I keep up on all things Elmhurst so you don't have to.
First on our list is Naansense. It's right here next to Candycopia in the old Sweet Circle donut shop. They have Indian street food, they have bowls, they have wraps. They're supposed to be opening spring 2026, so as soon as they open, I will have updates for you. Okay, onto the next spot.
Okay, and I don't like not having factual things for you, but there are rumors that there's going to be a new Mexican restaurant here. So as soon as I know more information, I'll definitely share it with you.
Then, next on our list is Jayne clothing boutique. They're opening right next to Victory's new location. They have locations all over the place. Stay tuned and I'll have a sneak peek especially for you.
And just around the corner on Schiller next to Chipotle is Bibim House. This promises to be a Korean-Japanese fusion restaurant. They're going to have bibimbap, poke, and teriyaki.
Last on our list, let's actually go around the block to Addison. Finally, it's going to be Spark Scent Collective. They're going to be a DIY candle bar and all-immersive scent collective experience. It's going to be a speakeasy moody kind of vibe with drinks, charcuterie, basically your favorite new hangout spot.
