Rock the Block Festival Returns to Downtown Elmhurst

One of the biggest parties of the year is back, and there’s something new this time! 🎸

Rock the Block returns this weekend, September 11th and 12th, right in the heart of downtown at Schiller and York.

If you’ve never been, it’s a free two-day festival with live bands, food vendors, and drinks all weekend long! 🥳

There’s plenty for families, too! The free Family Fun Zone runs Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM with face painting, games, crafts, and so much more.

And a little birdie told me we might see a new signature cocktail and a new cocktail lounge this year, which would be such a fun upgrade!

This is a CASHLESS event, so bring a card!

Grab your friends, head downtown, and I’ll see you there! 🤘

👉 Share with your festival crew!

Hey Elmhurst, one of the biggest parties of the year is coming back, and there's something new. If you're new here, my name's Amara, and I do video marketing for small businesses, and I keep up on all things Elmhurst so you don't have to.

Rock the Block is returning this weekend, September 8th and 9th, right in the heart of downtown at Schiller and York. If you've never been, this is a free, two-day festival with live bands, food vendors, and drinks all weekend. And there's a ton to do for families as well.

The free Family Fun Zone runs Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with face painting, games, crafts, and so much more. And a little birdie told me that this year we could see a new signature cocktail and a new cocktail lounge, which would be a really fun upgrade.

Just a heads up though, this is a cashless event, so make sure you bring a card. And even better news, admission and parking is free. So grab your friends, head downtown, and I will see you there.
