Are we getting a new Asian restaurant in town? It looks like it! 🙂
A new spot called Wok+ is moving into the old Aunt Tina’s Kitchen location at 582 W. Lake Street, right next to the Power Market.
Through the grapevine, I’ve heard that Wok+ is shaping up to be a Panda Express-style restaurant.
What I’m assuming that means is a build-your-own bowl or plate concept, where you pick your base of rice or noodles and pair it with a variety of Asian-inspired entrees.
Their tagline, “Wok’d Your Way,” pretty much seals the deal, so I’m fairly confident the rumors are true!
That’s about all I know for now, but this could be a great addition for anyone craving quick, customizable Asian food in town. As soon as I have more updates on an opening date or menu, I’ll keep you posted! 🙂
